TERMS&CONDITIONS B&B will contact You confirming the availability and price of apartment by e-mail.. Check in time 14.00 - can be earlier if agreed previously Check out time 12.00 - can be later if agreed previously The B&B shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time mentioned, but will be happy to offer it whenever possible and upon request. The TENANT is responsible for all damages to the apartment caused by the TENANT, the members of his/her group, or their guests. Damages may also include any lost or missing keys to the apartment. To reserve a private apartment a deposit payment for the first night of the total rental amount is due. Once received by the B&B, the apartment is considered booked. The B&B will send a conformation and this is the formal acceptance at the time of the booking. In the case of a "no show" of the TENANT on the agreed arrival date and time: - The contract will be considered as cancelled. - The B&B will not refund the deposit payment for the first night (considering private apartments). Family home accommodation prices include blankets, sheets, towels and the use of bathroom. Private apartment prices include blankets, sheets, towels, and fully equipped kitchen, TV etc. Regulations · The total settlement will be paid at arrival at B&B office in cash. · The deposit payment for the private apartment (first night) must be made with Bank Transfer. · Deposit for the apartment key is 20. -EUR. |
